Theme Armor 1290 is a premium water based coating developed to bond to various plastics, polyurethane and concrete surface products. It provides excellent adhesion to polyurethane/polyurea hard coats and structural composites. The Theme Armor 1290 is a basecoat/highlight coloring system to rejuvenate rock features and must be top coated with the Theme Armor 2600 Series.
